Mineral extraction within the Lithium Triangle of Argentina, Chile, and Bolivia involves and impacts numerous groups and communities. With this in mind, it is vital to include all of these perspectives to create a well-rounded understanding of the impacts of mining within these countries. These sources include documents from current indigenous perspectives, past miners’ views, and current governmental or corporate agreements. These perspectives allow for a broad understanding of past and present mining’s impact on the local environment and communities.
